Tasmania's Eastern Quolls risk of extinction

A close relative of the Tasmanian devil, which is threatened with extinction from a deadly facial cancer, the Eastern quoll is now also in rapid decline in Tasmania. The population has plummeted by more than 50% over the last 10 years which warrants its listing as endangered. But the Tasmanian government has refused to list the Eastern quoll.
