Wildlife losses - are feral cats to blame?

The Australian and Tasmanian governments are now focusing on feral cats as the cause of the decline in native wildlife, including the Eastern Quoll. While farmers are blaming toxoplasmosis spread by feral cats for abortions in their sheep. But is there another possible cause?
